Finally, the Board concluded, and instructed me to inform you, that Section 1 114 of the Code <br /> requires a public servant or a member of his immediate family, who derives a thing of economic <br /> value, of which the immediate family member may be reasonably expected to know has bid on <br /> or entered into or is in.anyway interested in any contract or any other transaction under the <br /> supervision of the public servant's agency to file a disclosure statement with the Board of Ethics <br /> stating the: (1) amount of income, (2)nature of the business, (3) name, address and relationship <br /> to the public servant, and (4) name and business address of the legal entity Therefore, Nick <br /> Impastato will be required to file said disclosure annually by May 15t of each year that Acacia <br /> serves as Agent of Record for the City of Kenner while his son, Dominick Impastato serves as a <br /> Councilmember for the Kenner City Council. <br /> This advisory opinion is based solely on the facts as set forth herein. Changes to the facts as <br /> presented may result in a different application of the provisions of the Code of Ethics.
