STATE OF LOUISIANA <br /> DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW <br /> LOUISIANA BOARD <br /> OF ETHICS * DOCKET NO. <br /> * <br /> * <br /> IN THE MATTER OF * <br /> * <br /> HEIDI ANN MONROE NAQUIN * AGENCY TRACKING NO. 2013-1715 <br /> CHARGES <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics voted on April 24, 2014, to and does hereby file the following <br /> charge: <br /> I. <br /> On August 24, 2009, Heidi Ann Monroe Naquin, was elected as Alderman from district two <br /> for the Town of Greenwood, Louisiana. Ms. Naquin served as Greenwood Alderman until June 30, <br /> 2012. <br /> II. <br /> Greenwood, Louisiana has a population of 3,219 according to the 2010 U.S. Census. <br /> III. <br /> La. R.S. 42:1124.3 requires persons holding a public office who represent a voting district <br /> having a population of less than 5,000 and each member of the governing authority or management <br /> board of a charter school created pursuant to Chapter 42 of Title 17 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes <br /> of 1950 to file a financial disclosure statement on or before May 15t of each year during which the <br /> person holds office and the year following termination of the holding of such office. <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
