IX. <br /> Based on the foregoing facts,JeffE.Edgecombe violated La.R.S.42:1111 C(2)(d),by virtue <br /> of his receipt of a thing of economic vaule, through Edgecombe Construction,LLC, for services <br /> rendered to Deep Delta Houseboats, LLC, at a time when he served as a Council Member for <br /> Plaqumines Parish, and at a time when Deep Delta Houseboats,LLC had a lease with Plaqumines <br /> Parish. <br /> X. <br /> Based on the foregoing facts, Edgecombe Construction, LLC, violated La. R.S. <br /> 42:1111 C(2)(d), by virtue of the receipt of a thing of economic value for services rendered to Deep <br /> Delta Houseboats, LLC, at a time when Jeff E. Edgecombe, the sole owner and operator of <br /> Edgecombe Construction,LLC, served as a Council Member for Plaqumines Parish, and at a time <br /> when Deep Delta Houseboats,LLC had a lease with Plaqumines Parish. <br /> XI. <br /> In accordance with La. R.S. 42:1141C(3)(b)(iv),the Board designates Suzanne Quinlan <br /> Mooney and Michael Dupree as the Board's trial attorney in this matter. <br /> WHEREFORE,the Louisiana Board of Ethics requests that the Ethics Adjudicatory Board <br /> (a)conduct a hearing on the foregoing charges;(b)determine that Jeff E.Edgecombe and Edgecombe <br /> Construction, LLC, violated La.
