The Louisiana Board of Ethics and the Supervisory Committee on Campaign Finance accept written requests for advisory opinions. If you have concerns and are involved in a situation which you have questions about, write to our office for an advisory opinion. Opinions are not issued as to past conduct but can provide crucial advice on how to avoid problems in the future. The procedure for requesting advisory opinions is also available online.
